Larissa Dominy, DO, FACOP, FAAP

Dr. Dominy is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric training at Albert Einstein Medical Center where she served as a Chief Resident her last year. Dr. Dominy has been practicing as a pediatrician in the community since 1997. She resides in Collegeville with her husband and two children.

Dr. Dominy is board certified in pediatrics by both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians. Since 2004, she has served as the Director of the Core Clinical Clerkship in Pediatrics as well as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. In this role, Dr. Dominy trains and tests third year medical students on the subject of Pediatrics. “She is a recipient of humanitarian and academic awards due to her commitment to academic excellence”

Dr. Debra Shollenberger, DO, FACOP

Dr. Shollenberger graduated from Medical School at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Reading and pediatric residency at Cooper Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Shollenberger is a board-certified Pediatrician whom has been practicing primary care pediatrics since 2003. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Shollenberger and her family reside locally in Upper Gwynedd Township. She is married and has three children. Two of her children have been diagnosed with celiac disease so she has a strong interest in this disorder, as well as children who suffer from food allergies. Dr. Shollenberger’s youngest child has dyspraxia of speech (delay of speech). Due to this, she has a strong interest in children with speech delay.

Dr. Gayathri S. Rao, MD, FAAP (Retired in April 2020)

We were very fortunate to work with Dr. Rao in the last part of her career at Panda Bear Pediatrics. Her patients, the staff, and the other pediatric providers will greatly miss her depth of experience, teamwork, and management of patients. Dr. Rao will be spending more time with her husband, children, and grandchildren while in retirement.  We hope she enjoys the next phase of her life.

 

Dr. Rao gained a wealth of experience as a Pediatrician prior to joining Panda Bear Pediatrics in 2018. She has been practicing as a Pediatrician in the Collegeville area since 2005 at Mainline Health/Nemours Dupont Pediatrics. Her previous experience includes practicing as a Pediatrician at Temple Physicians and PennCare Pediatrics in Philadelphia. Dr. Rao is board certified in pediatrics by the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has served as an Assistant Professor associated with Drexel School of Medicine and MCP/Hahnemann School of Medicine. In these roles she provided clinical training in Pediatrics to medical students. She was a previous recipient of the Outstanding Contribution Award from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine due to her commitment to academic excellence.

Jessica Pajak, DNP, PNP

Jessica Pajak, DNP, CPNP joined Panda Bear Pediatrics as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in April of 2023.  She started practicing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2019 at a Pediatric Practice located in Delaware.   Prior to becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Jessica worked as a Registered Nurse for 6 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland. She also taught a pediatric clinical rotation for Master of Science in Nursing students at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing.

Jessica graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2013 from the University of Maryland School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree.  She received her Master of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of South Alabama in 2017 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from the University of South Alabama in 2019. She graduated with honors and is a Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner through The Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. During the doctorate program, Jessica completed an evidence-based quality improvement research project on adolescent depression aimed at improving the identification, diagnosis, and management of adolescents suffering from depression.

She is married with a son and enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, the outdoors, on the water and at the beach.

Gabriella (Gabi) Swoyer, CRNP

Gabriella (Gabi) Swoyer, CRNP joined Panda Bear Pediatrics as a Nurse Practitioner in May of 2023.  Before joining the Panda Bear Pediatrics team, Gabi gained approximately six years of clinical experience in various roles.    Gabi was a Nurse Practitioner from 2021 to 2023 where she completed physicals and assessments for a range of different patients.   Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Gabi worked as a Pediatric Home Care Nurse for three years at Bayada Pediatric Home Health Care. Additionally, she worked for over a year as a Registered Nurse at Tower Health.

Gabi received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degrees from Chamberlain University.  Additionally, Gabi received a diploma in Nursing (RN) from the Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences.   Gabi is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, a member of the American Association of Nurse practitioners and a member of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners.

She is married with a daughter and enjoys spending time with her family.

Taylor Kelly, MSN, RN, FNP-C

Taylor Kelly, MSN, RN, FNP-C joined Panda Bear Pediatrics as a Nurse Practitioner in November 2023.  Before joining the Panda Bear Pediatrics team, Taylor gained approximately six years of nursing experience in various roles. She has experience in pediatric-based care since 2020 working at Good Shepherd Rehab Inpatient Pediatric Unit where children receive nursing care in conjunction with ST/OT/PT. She also worked at Pediamanor which serves as a long-term care facility for children with complex medical illnesses including tracheostomy/ventilator dependency, congenital disorders, and developmental delays. Additionally, Taylor is credentialed as a Certified Pediatric Nurse by the PNCB.

 

Taylor received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degrees from DeSales University.  Taylor achieved high academic performance in both her undergraduate studies (graduating Cum Laude) and her master’s degree program (graduating Summa Cum Laude).  Taylor is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, a member of the Delta Epsilon Sigma National Honor Society and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Additionally, Taylor was a college athlete at DeSales University where she played softball and was selected as team captain.

She is married, loves spending time with her family and 2 dogs, and enjoys traveling.
