Convenient Pediatric Care for Busy Families
At Panda Bear Pediatrics, we understand that balancing work, school, and family schedules can be challenging. That’s why we offer flexible appointment hours at our Gilbertsville and Collegeville offices, including evening appointments until 8:00 PM two nights per week at each location.
We also offer Saturday morning sick visits until 1:00 PM, providing additional access to care when your child isn’t feeling well.

Saturday sick visits are available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with appointments alternating between our Gilbertsville and Collegeville offices. Please call to confirm the Saturday location.
Scheduling an Appointment
To ensure timely, personalized care, we encourage families to schedule appointments in advance.
Please call our office to schedule your child’s appointment. Our team will help identify an appropriate appointment time and location.
We ask that families arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and update patient, contact, and insurance information.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the available appointment time to another child who needs care.
Preparing for Your Child’s Appointment
To help make your visit as efficient as possible, please bring:
- Your child’s current insurance card.
- A parent or guardian’s photo identification.
- A list of current medications, including dosages.
- Any relevant medical records or information from specialists.
- Information about your child’s symptoms or health concerns.
- Any school, daycare, or other forms that need to be completed.
For newborn appointments, please bring any available hospital discharge information and newborn records.
